Wow! This wedding was a dream for this Houston River Oaks wedding photographer to document. It was my first time photographing a wedding at River Oaks Garden Club, and hopefully not my last! It was the most perfect day for a wedding, clear skies, mild temperature and all. Always Floral did amazing on the arch and florals.
It was such a joy to photograph the bride and groom getting ready. One of my favorite moments was the groom’s first look with his daughter. To see the tears and the love he has for her was so beautiful to witness.
This bridal party had so much fun celebrating Amy and Aaron. Aaron’s daughter was a junior bridesmaid and fit right in and was the life of the party. She was ready to dance, celebrate, laugh, cry, and all of the things to show her love for her daddy and new bonus mom.
It was such an honor to photograph this Houston River Oaks wedding. Many tears were shed as these two became one and it is clear that they are loved and supported by many. The rest of the night wrapped up with laughter, dancing, and memories being made.
This bride and groom are now upgrading to mommy and daddy. They are expecting a baby boy in the beginning of 2023 and I can’t wait to photograph their new family. I left this wedding feeling like a left a friend’s wedding, so it is such a joy to see them again soon, this time in a baby nursery.
